An international student applying for an F-1 student visa at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate abroad will need to present the following:
• I-20 Certificate of Eligibility Form provided by ISSO at the university.
• Letter of admission provided by the college or university the student plan to attend.
•Financial support documents (Current proof of support that would meet expenses for program duration as indicated on Form I-20 (i.e. bank statements, award letters or loan approval letters)
• Passport valid for a minimum of six months into the future at the time of entry.
• Form DS-160 “Nonimmigrant Visa Application” available at your local US Embassy or Consulate's website. http://www.usembassy.gov/
• Two photos (see requirements here)
• MRV fee Machine Readable Visa • Receipt for payment of SEVIS Fee

INITIAL CONSULTATION
• We review test scores, transcripts, extracurricular activities and any unique experiences to gain a clear view of a student’s interests, talents and aspirations.
HIGH SCHOOL PLANNING
• Create a detailed plan for high school coursework
• Ensure that students are taking full advantage of course offerings at their high school
• Provide referrals for transcript and other document translation
EXTRACURRICULAR AND ACADEMIC INTEREST EXPLORATION
• Help students apply their extracurricular and academic interests in novel ways, to deepen or broaden their experience in these pursuits.
• This includes finding internships and other programs that match up with student interests.
TESTING PLAN
• You will need either SAT or ACT scores, as well as TOEFL or IELTS testing to prove that you are academically fluent in English.
• We do not provide test preparation but can suggest ethical providers and help you plan a testing schedule that will enable you to meet all deadlines.
